Everything was wonderful, with genuinely friendly and excellent staff, met my needs. Good service, although a few employees were very rude. The view of the mountain from my nice designed and squeaky clean room was perfect. The position of the hotel was favourable, to other lakes. I had a really nice experience.

Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Mount Kachi Kachi Ropeway was marvellous. All members of the staff was nice...

I recently stayed at a hotel near the bus and train station in a beautiful location with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The value for money was exceptional, as I got a two-day bus pass for a great price, allowing me to explore the area easily. The staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. The room itself was spacious, with a well-decorated interior, fast internet, and a bathtub where I could enjoy a view of Mount Fuji while relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of Japanese dishes and a stunning view of Mount Fuji. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the stunning views.

Everything was amazing during 3 days, loved its magnificent location really close to the mountain, and hiking trails and train station. The staff were very supportive, ready to any request.

This is surely the best hip new hotel, helpful staff, neat rooms. The property has a particularly good and fantastic location near the lake. The place to have dinner relatively close to the hotel is Fuji Tempura Idaten. Thank you for a very nice stay.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The onsen-style private bath in our room was the best part of our stay. We loved being able to relax in the hot water while taking in stunning views of the surrounding area. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. We were able to easily access nearby restaurants and shops, as well as enjoy scenic hikes in the area. We also appreciated the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, which made for a cozy and relaxing stay.

This cozy hotel is conveniently located near the bus and train stations, with plenty of restaurant options nearby as well as being next to the police station. The rooms are very spacious, with lovely views of Mt. Fuji and a private Onsen for guests to unwind. The staff are accommodating and friendly, even offering us free bicycle rentals. The breakfast buffet offers both Japanese and Western options, perfect to start your day.

We did experience some noise from the neighboring room, so please be considerate of other guests.
